Midwest Roofing Contractors Association Moves Headquarters to Glenview, Ill.

The Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) has moved its headquarters to Association Management Center (AMC) in Glenview, Ill., for full-service management.

GLENVIEW, Ill. - The Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) has moved its headquarters to Association Management Center (AMC) in Glenview, Ill., for full-service management.

MRCA's move to AMC was decided by the Board of Directors in July 2009 as the result of an 8-month rigorous evaluation process that was designed to explore the various options available in managing the day-to-day operations and affairs of MRCA.

“Our primary consideration in selecting a new association management firm was to look ahead to our future, and evaluate which firm could best help us meet our primary strategic objectives,” said Ronnie McGlothin, MRCA President. “We think AMC, with its dynamic staff of more than 190 professionals, is best positioned to help us meet the future goals we've set for MRCA.”

Tom Drake will serve as the Executive Director of MRCA. Drake has more than 15 years of executive level experience in association management.

“MRCA's new team sees many opportunities to help our members and the industry,” Drake said. “Along with our growing our national and regional conferences, we will increase the use of technology to add value to the MRCA membership.”
