Bradco Acquires Carlson Distributors

Bradco Supply Corporation of Avenel, N.J. announced that it has acquired Carlson Distributors, Inc. of Rockford, Ill.Carlson has served the entire Northern Illinois/Southern Wisconsin area since 1947, providing local contractors with a wide variety of building materials including roofing, siding, windows and doors.

Bradco Supply Corporation of Avenel, N.J. announced that it has acquired Carlson Distributors, Inc. of Rockford, Ill.Carlson has served the entire Northern Illinois/Southern Wisconsin area since 1947, providing local contractors with a wide variety of building materials including roofing, siding, windows and doors. Although the company will change its name to Bradco Supply, it will continue to operate from its facility at 2501 Charles Street, delivering customers the same great service and dedication to excellence that has always been synonymous with the Carlson name.

Tom Healy, will be heading up Bradco’s newest location. Healy comes to this position with over 14 years of experience with Bradco Supply. Andrea Wisniewski, and the rest of the Carlson staff, will stay on to work for Bradco.

As a leading national distributor of roofing, siding, windows, doors and other exterior building materials, Bradco takes pride in the quality of its service and the products its delivers.

Bradco was founded in 1966 and has grown over the years to become one of the nation’s leading distributors of roofing supplies and complementary exterior building products. The company currently operates over 130 locations throughout 30 states. Bradco is aggressively seeking opportunities to expand its business and the Carlson acquisition is its fourth in 2009.
